From the start, he has been incredibly helpful in not only explaining how to use the system, but also helping me refine and improve it to better meet our goals. Josh consistently provides valuable resources, points me toward additional education, and takes the time to clarify questions and concepts I didn’t fully understand. His depth of knowledge and willingness to teach really set him apart. I’ve worked with another group in the IBC space before, and while they were good, the level of service, expertise, and educational support I’ve received from Josh and his organization is truly on another level—head and shoulders above the others I’ve encountered.
