I had the etrike for 3 years now and had lots of fond memories of it on caravan holidays. Recently, I needed to repair the rear axel bearings with some much use, Sam responded to my request to help with the removal of the bearings. He is sending the parts to me and will advise me on how to get the parts installed. This is so welcoming to get help when you need it. I am very happy with the after sale attention and the friendly team.

I have never met a company with such good customer service and initiative. At a Warner show Peter saw I was uncomfortable with a damaged leg. I had no intention or even thought of owning a mobility scooter. I asked if they knew anyone in the market who rents them out. Peter quickly pulled one off the stand and lent it to me. I explained I'm not looking to buy one. He was just happy to help and that it did. I had it the whole day. It folds and fits in my camper perfectly and took my 20st body with ease. On return, came back the next day and with no sales pitch or expectation from them offered to lend it again the 2nd day. Because of thier non pushy approach and confidence in their product we bought one and what a game changer it is. They even adapted it for my needs with no extra cost. Lovely father and daughter team and will definitely recommend them as a company.

Our folding ASbike 20 inch electric had an intermitent loss of electric power. We contacted ASbikes, they said bring it to us and we will fix it!! We left the bike with them for 4 days and the AS team worked their magic and fixed the bike!!! A fantastic service, which involved the whole team all of whom were determined to find the fault and fix it. Thank you very much Team AS bikes.

Mobility scooter I purchased a mobility scooter from AS Bikes about 3 years ago. I have been super happy with my purchase. It has been super reliable, the battery is still great I only need to charge it overnight then I can have a full day of enjoying the great outdoors, I find the scooter comfortable to sit on and to ride. It is very easy to drive and has a brilliant turning circle. I bumped into the family at a car boot we attended. They noticed that my seat had started to fray a little and the charging indicator holder on the handlebars was damaged( I caught it whilst putting it in my boot). But straight away I was told “we will pop you replacements in the post. Sure enough 4 days later they arrived free of charge which is amazing. I cannot recommend this company enough they are fantastic company to deal with and their after sales is also amazing. Thank you AS Bikes for giving me my life back. 👏👏🙏

I am on my 2nd mobility scooter from AS Bikes, they are sturdy and manage most things when I'm away in the motorhome. The newest one has a terrific motor and seems to manage the steepest hills in Buxton with ease. The twin motors is so much better than my original one. It folds 1 handed, a bit heavier than the original one. When ever I have had a problem parts are dispatched with speed so I'm never without for too long. Thanks

Since getting my scooter from these amazing people it has given me the freedom to be able to go where I want and when I want to without having to rely on my family to push me there. I have had my scooter for over four years and have covered many many miles on roads and tracks it’s even coped with the pavements in Lincoln all be it somewhat bumpy! It’s coped with hills and yes even steep hill in Lincoln but going down it was a little scary but my little scoot coped. I have been able to get out with my two little dogs who sometimes have had a lift. Customer service on my scooter couldn’t be any better they have always helped when ever I’ve had a problem which have been very few and mostly driver error 😂 . It’s always been easy to get in and out of the car unlike some I’ve seen which have to be put together before it can be used, if you are looking for something for yourself or someone else I couldn’t recommend more than buying one from these amazing people, they are always so friendly when we see them at the shows and we always make sure we go and see them to say hi and they always remember all their customers. I would like to say a huge thank you to this amazing team and will be seeing you soon at the NEC in Birmingham

Best service possible, Sam and Peter went above and beyond, we live in the South West and dropped off our tricycle at the Exeter Show for repairs and picked it up from there workshop on our way to Lincoln. Nothing is too much trouble for them, very refreshing to deal with a company so focused on customer satisfaction.

Only 5 stars because I can't give 10. Bought my e-trike at the Glasgow Caravan show after a year of thinking about it and I am delighted with it AND the support as service. Zero pressure sales, plenty of saddle time to test ride it, with 1:1 tuition. Lots of options for comfort, size and practicality, and what a difference that all makes. I'm a bit of an amateur engineer and I am gobsmacked by the build quality, flexibility, and sheer brilliance of the design. It's not a 1 size fits all but it has given me back my freedom after a stroke robbed me of good balance and half my eyesight. I live rural, 5 miles from public transport and shops but now I can take myself into civilisation to get some milk, go to the GP, visit local friends and family and get great safe exercise without being utterly exhausted afterwards. Really ... 10 stars isn't even enough.
