Honestly the best computer service I have ever experienced. After a terrible experience with The Original Computer Doctor, charging me $360 for a brief session at my home to not diagnose the issue, the service from ASA was not only a breath of fresh air but something that people should know.
Sohail at ASA sat me down, took detailed notes on everything reported so far over a 10 minute in person, then spent the next few days thoroughly checking each component with his team.
They got to the heart of the issue quickly, effectively, and without any lack of confidence on what was going on. Professional is an understatement.
This sounds overdone, but I sincerely felt looked after and I would recommend them to anyone.
To note, all of this work came in at a very reasonable charge that made the charge from OG Computer Doctors seem wildly overpriced.
Definitely use these guys for any computer repair or issue, you’ll thank yourself!!

I can definitely support Sohail at ASA being an excellent IT person to deal with. He obviously knows IT very well, and in addition is an excellent communicator. He listened to my concerns when designing a new desktop PC and provided quotes for a couple of options with different pricing. He also educated me along the way about various aspects I was not aware of e.g. getting a one-off licence instead of a subscription one. Sohail provided good advice about getting my software installed (so I could chase up relevant exe files), and then transferred my data and installed software well. And importantly, he provided great backup to ensure I was up and running again with various issues linked to windows, virus protection, motherboard updates well explained. Great service!

I had an excellent and very positive experience at ASA Computer Repairs Canberra. Sohail was very professional, kind and reassuring that he could retrieve my data and fix my lap top. He provided a quote prior to proceeding so that I had time to think it over prior to going ahead. True to his word my computer was restored, data backed up externally, and on the same day I dropped my computer off. Sohail also gave me sound advice around backing up data to an external drive to prevent any future data loss issues.
