This store has everything you need if you're looking for affordable, high quality items and trying to reduce waste. The owners are extremely helpful and very hard-working. I get all my refills here now as the process is so efficient. Not only that but the cost of my refills (laundry, washing up liquid) is a fraction of the cost of buying it new - and much cheaper than when I've done refills in other places. Highly highly recommend!

I usually go to the Greenwich Market branch but this Royal Hill one is really great as well! A lot quieter so you feel less pressure by other bystanders to hurry up when refilling. The staff are really nice and helpful. I'll probably come to this Royal Hill branch instead! Great stuff!!

This shop is such a staple for affordable + high quality + organic pantry and household items! I get my peanut butter, hand soap, nuts, loose leaf tea, washing up liquid, and granola here all at a fraction of the cost of what it costs in any other store, not to mention the owners are lovely and always helpful. They also have handy things like deodorant refills, toothpaste, desserts, shampoo, conditioner, and snacks all plastic free with glass jars or paper bags to take. The commitment to sustainability on a local level is wonderful :).
