I would give 10 stars if I could! Joel took my ideas and turned our backyard into a dream. We had little hope for our backyard when we purchased our home. What we have now is simply a dream. Joel was patient and listened to all of my asks. The crew came and stayed until the job was done. Garcia led the crew and checked in daily. Such amazing humans! I cannot say enough. Very professional, patient and talented team. At the end of each day I received progress pictures that made the process even more exciting! I can’t recommend Artisan enough. Posting before and after pictures.
Joel and his team were amazing! They elevated our backyard and turned it into an oasis. Their professionalism and pride in their work is extremely rare. They continue to regularly check-in months later. Very impressed. Highly recommend.

The Artisan team, including Marcella and Hannah on design and Cooper and Christian who did the installation were phenomenal to work with. Courteous, professional and most important customer focused. I would recommend them to anyone looking to begin a project and would highly recommend them for anyone finishing up a pool they know their stuff. Great company and better people!
Artisan Landscapes is truly second to none. We have worked with them over the past year to first start on a redesign and replant project for the front yard which also led to a much more detailed design project in the back yard. The landscaping redo was soup to nuts from hardscape, driveways and pathways including various types of stones and bricks, plant materials and flowerbeds, sod, irrigation, technical drainage, pool decking, steel edging, fencing, etc. You name it, and they had the technical expertise and team to do it! Furthermore, it was great working with Kevin and Garcia who both ensured the project turned out to be nothing short of remarkable with daily and weekly visits and progress reports all the way through to the finish line. We would highly recommend Artisan for your landscaping services.

Let me tell you about the fantastic job that Artisan Landscapes did in not only setting up but making sure that our irrigation system is in fine working order. John not only took the time to walk me through the set up process but also sent over a technician to see if I had any additional questions or needed more help! My expectations were exceeded by the excellent work by Artisan Landscapes. I had a very unique problem called “Ground Pearls” which is an insect that no insecticide will kill, but the Ground Pearls definitely kill your grass. We had to excavate a section of the yard to physically remove the insects. This was not an easy project. Artisan landscape did everything I needed including follow-up visits to make sure everything was done as planned. I highly recommend Artisan Landscape, and John Grasso (Vice President) personally made sure the project was done right. Thank you, John, and your crew for a job well done.
My yard is a beautiful place to hang out now! Joel was so great in coming up with a definitive plan and budget, and coming up with alternatives for things to fit my budget. Once the project started, Cooper was super helpful in bringing to life the plans and what that looked like in real life and how that would function. He brought up good suggestions and was always there when I had questions or wanted to make some changes along the way. Nobody works harder than Teofilo and his team! He is the best. He is thorough and makes sure things get done correctly and is happy to show you if you have any questions or changes along the way. I am someone who researches everything before buying and questions everything 🤣. Very happy with Artisan and the team of people they surround themselves with and the quality of products they use.
These guys are the best! Not only are they extremely thorough with the landscaping component; they take the time to facilitate resources for all aspects of any outdoor project. And they are super nice people you really enjoy interacting with...and that is quite a bonus.

Joel and his team did an exceptional job designing and installing our backyard. While we encountered a few challenges along the way—some of which seemed to stem from the pool installer—Joel took charge and ensured that every issue was resolved to our satisfaction. Kevin joined later in the project and he was excellent as well. The final result is a stunning and highly functional outdoor space that we absolutely love. Artisan's work has truly transformed our backyard.

We had very challenging drainage issues with standing water on all 4 sides of our home anytime it rained. I was skeptical that anyone would be able to fix it, but Kevin H and his team at Artisan knocked it out of the park. They installed french drains under our walkway, yard and landscaped areas, all hidden under the surface, and directed our gutter downspouts to drain beneath the surface as well. And after 8+ inches of rain over 24 hours during Hurricane Debby, we have ZERO standing water! (Note: other areas in our neighborhood are flooded and streets are impassable.) I’m blown away. On top of it, they gave us an absolutely gorgeous oasis to enjoy. They’re a pleasure to work with — very professional, responsive, flexible and patient. And their work is top notch.
