Legit Italian pasta! Fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. Feels like a little slice of Italy. Highly recommend!

What a cool location! Plenty of options to choose from at this food truck park. This truck in particular does a lot of over promising and under delivering. Asked how long my food would take, cashier said 10 Mins. Two people…It took 25 mins for our food to come out. Go try a real itialian restaurant if you have this much time to sit around and wait.

I’ve visited countless Italian restaurants across the U.S., from the East Coast to the West Coast, but this is the only one I truly enjoyed in the Central time zone. The pasta was wonderful.

Crazy good food, crazy fast! The decor is not exactly the finest and they serve one thing - pasta - but how can you be mad when it's so good! Give the place a chance! And order the tagliatelle, macaroni, and spaghetti - those are made in house, fresh! It's pretty authentic too, at least as far as I can tell - all the pasta is actually al dente, so a bit chewier, and there's loads of delicious pepper and intense, flavorful Parmesan on everything! Also, the food (two pasta dishes) came out even faster than their estimated 10-12 minute wait time! The service was incredible and so was the food! Atmosphere got three stars just because it could use some more wall decorations, color, etc. but the music is at a reasonable level and I was comfortable! Oh, and the negative reviews seem to be motivated by the actual al dente cooking. It is different than American pasta and a bit chewier. But absolutely not stale!

The dining room and tables were very small. Wasn't expecting a small bar table to be the only option.

Thicket is always a class favorite, but Artipasta is a standout for sure. All of the pasta is homemade and super yummy, plus its super underrated for dessert. The food truck park is super cute with clean restrooms in the lot. Katrina and Rick were also so helpful with recommendations! We’ll be back, and bring the pooch!

Wow what an amazing place. A hidden gem if you will. The friendliness, cleanliness, and overall vibes here has me already excited to come back and enjoy several other dishes I saw on their menu.

I'm Italian born, but since living in US for decades the hardest thing for me to find has been a true Italian restaurant. In Phoenix during the 80's, I was fortunate to find one owned and all the food was prepared by a couple from Salerno and it became a popular Italian restaurant by regularly hosting the Tonight Show bands' DOC Severinsen(AKA Severino originally)... Unfortunately in the late 90s it closed due to retirement. In the mid -2000s, I was told of a real Italian restaurant in Houston ... My wife and I made regular weekend trips to Houston's Perbacco Italian Restaurant, the owner and chef from Capri.... Great authentic Italian food. Finally after many years here in Austin, I recently Googled, " Italian restaurant with Italian owner/chefs", and Artipasta popped up on the list. AHH! Finally! someone from Italy opened up a traditional Italian food restaurant in Austin. No Alfredo sauce nor spaghetti with sauce smothered meatballs 😊 here. My wife(from Salerno )and I, totally enjoyed the fresh handmade Casarecce pasta dishes. I had the Casarecce pasta with Sausage and Broccoli and my wife Casarecce with Shrimp, and Pistachios. Sent me back to my childhood in Naples. If you're looking to experience truly traditional Italian pasta dishes, which is Artipastas' specialty, without the Italian- American New York/ Chicago influences then ARTIPASTA IS THE PLACE TO GO...PS I ordered to go at their North Austin restaurant location. ENJOY

We had such a lovely Sunday lunch here with my family. We tried three different dishes and genuinely loved every single one. Authentic Italian and delicious! The pistachio panna cotta was amazing too - creamy, light, and full of flavor. They offer a bring your own wine option, which is a fantastic touch. We’ll definitely be coming back!
