This was my first time visiting Artipasta, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. The environment was warm and welcoming, and the aroma of the food instantly set the tone for a great meal. We were greeted at the counter by the manager, Mauro, who made sure we felt taken care of throughout our visit. The dishes we ordered were absolutely delicious. The pasta looked amazing at first sight and tasted just like homemade—comforting, flavorful, and authentic. Mauro picked up on the fact that we spoke Italian and shared a bit about his background from Italy, which made the experience even more personal and enjoyable. We ended up having a lovely conversation that added to the charm of our visit. We will definitely be coming back. The food tastes just like home, and the hospitality made our first visit truly memorable. Highly recommended!

I really liked my meal! The cacio pepe was very yummy- simple but in a very good way. The cannolis are also very delicious. I highly suggest this place!

I visited with my family and was warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. It's one of the rare Italian restaurants where I truly experienced the authentic flavors of home. A definite must-visit if you're in the area!

I am unfortunately a picky-eater, so pasta is something I tend to cling to when deciding what to eat. Gratefully, the menu choices and affordability really contributed to my 5-star rating! I was able to have multiple options to choose from and truly enjoyed my choice. The staff were also funny/kind and I could tell they care for the food they put out. The restaurant is small but was great nonetheless. The only recommendation I have is to lower the music slightly so conversations can be heard. Other than that, I can’t wait to come back with my family!

Reminded me of Italy! It is a little far but worth the drive. Did the physical location more north. South is a food truck if you like the Austin food truck vibe.

Really disappointed paid over $20 for only 6-7 raviolis. I felt it was overpriced and they were poorly served hardly any filling. At least put more raviolis for the price. Also my meal was cold.

From the picture it looks very promising but If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. Arti Pasta was such an unbelievable disappointment that I’m still wondering how this place is even open. The pasta had the worst texture I’ve ever experienced—hard, crunchy, and dried out, and somehow tasting like it was reheated from a batch made days ago. The portions were laughably tiny for the price, and every single dish at our table was a complete miss; not one person liked their food, and we kept passing plates back and forth just to confirm that everything really was that terrible. The sauces were bland, watery, and tasted cheaper than something out of a discount jar, and the whole meal felt lazy, careless, and thrown together with zero pride. It was so bad that we actually left and went to the Korean corn dog place down the road just to salvage our night—and those corn dogs were ten times better than anything served at Arti Pasta. Honestly, I would genuinely love for the owner to explain how this meal ever made it out of the kitchen, because this was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had ever.

Hi Savanna,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for attaching a photo.
We’re genuinely surprised to read about your experience. We make all our pasta fresh in-house every day, portions are consistently generous, and the vast majority of the feedback we receive — both here on Google and on Yelp (hundreds of reviews averaging 4.5–4.8 stars across our two Austin locations) — is very positive about the quality, flavor, and care we put into every dish.
We carefully checked our order history and guest records for the past several weeks and couldn’t find any table matching the description of a larger group ordering multiple pasta dishes that all came back unsatisfactory on the same visit.
We truly care about everyone who walks through our doors, and if something went this wrong we would have wanted to make it right on the spot. Because of that, we’d love to look into it further — if you actually dined with us, please feel free to message us privately (even just an approximate date or time) so we can pull the exact ticket and invite you back on the house to give us another shot.
Either way, we appreciate the feedback and hope your next meals out in Austin are great ones.

Tried the penne arrabiata and macaroni w mushroom cream sauce. Pasta was out of this world! Truly phenomenal quality. Bring your own wine. Staff are very friendly and professional and care that you are having a good eating experience. Seemed the owners were there and taking studious attention to every detail, their heart is in it. A note on expectations— this is a walk up to order place, no greens-based salads on the menu (understandable if they can’t afford to lose money), not full table service, the lighting is pretty bright at night, and the spray cleaner used for the tables is pungent alcohol smell ( a little distracting to smell when eating, but… gotta keep the place clean). All in all, pasta quality and sauces are SO OUTSTANDING, worth it to go and support or order for delivery while they work out the in person experience. We will be back for these outstanding pasta dishes and eager to try more!

A tiny place, just a little crowded was the only issue. The food was excellent, fresh and flavorful

As a pasta lover, I bought the spaghetti with tomato sauce and it was a complete disappointment for me. Im really sorry for that I didn’t like the sauce at all.
