Poor experience, expensive
Charged twice! Not answering their phones and not cancelling orders. Delivery charge was £44 on one order ! Ridiculous charge when the grass I've ordered is only worth £91.

Hello Becky, very sorry to receive your review. Your order was refunded as soon as we were made aware this morning upon our office re-opening. The order was placed on the 28th of December and as per our web banner and social media we were closed until the 5th of January. Hence why the phone calls were not answered and your emails not responded too.
I personally did actually answer your live chat which you created on the 28th of December not long after placing your order as these come to our mobiles. However you did not reply after my return message – it is a shame as we could have resolved the matter right away for you.
Artificial grass is costly to deliver as it is a large and bulky item, even the smaller rolls are not cheap to deliver - many apologies you feel that is expensive. We cannot see how we have charged you twice so that is false, probably best contacting Paypal. We hope you will amend your review now the matter is promptly resolved.

Hello, very sorry to receive your review. We can see your samples were requested on the 20th of September and they're on a 3-7 working day delivery (Royal Mail 2nd class). The review emails are automatically sent out once an order is placed.
Please can you let us know if the samples do not arrive by Wednesday and we can dispatch a new box out to you. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of Royal Mail and please remember the samples are free of charge. Thanks.
