We used Arsa Transport for a complicated move from Amsterdam to London with storage in between, and I genuinely can’t recommend them highly enough. Markuss and his team were brilliant throughout the entire process!
Our situation was far from straightforward. We had a long list of items, needed a moving lift in Amsterdam, had to sort out street permits, organise customs paperwork, arrange temporary storage, and we were still searching for a place to live in London while everything was already in motion. To make things even harder, our landlord pulled out right before signing, which meant our confirmed delivery date had to be cancelled and rearranged. Through all of this, Markuss stayed incredibly patient, calm and reassuring.
What really stood out was how good his communication was. He replied quickly every time, explained everything clearly, and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions. Whether it was permits, parking spots, storage costs, paperwork, or delivery timing, he always took the time to walk us through it. He helped us calculate the full quote step by step, double checked details, and made sure we always understood what was included.
He also guided us through the Amsterdam permit process, explained how many parking spaces the lift and vans would need, told us who to contact at the municipality and what type of request to submit, and made sure we would not run into any issues. For the storage and customs steps, he let us know exactly which documents were needed and when, and he explained the insurance coverage in simple terms so we felt comfortable leaving our belongings in storage.
Even when our dates had to move around because of the landlord situation, Markuss handled everything with so much understanding. He never complained, never pushed back, and genuinely wanted to help us reduce the stress of the whole move. When we finally secured the new place in London, he adjusted everything quickly and confirmed the delivery without any fuss.
Arsa Transport gave us the best customer service we have ever had during a move. They were organised, honest, and unbelievably supportive during what was a very stressful relocation. If you are moving between the Netherlands and the UK, I honestly don’t think you could find a better team.

Response time for a quote/request was good and communication leading up to the actual move was clear, direct, and very transparent. Service on set was excellent, helpful (the truck and the driver even arrived slightly earlier!) I would highly recommend this service for anyone who is in need of a reasonably priced and efficient hassle-free move!
