I was charged over 2 thousand for a crown (I was quoted only about 600 out of pocket and $600 insurance, however they billed my insurance over 1,400 for exam and crown sitting). After that I went back 2 times because my tooth was hurting, they first shaved down the crown, then they had me on antibiotics for a week. It turns out I needed a root canal after the crown was seated, something they did not suggest at all, they kept referring me for the tooth adjacent for root canal. Ever since then, I keep biting my inside cheek, something that wasn't happening before this crown, I waited for 4 months before I decided that this cannot keep happening and there must be something wrong with the shape of the crown. When I called them to have them look at the crown again, they said they will do so only with a paid exam. Just disappointing start to finish. Very poor technical execution, very poor customer satisfaction, and shady billing practices.

Hi Cecelia, Issues with our online scheduling are exceedingly rare. In such cases, we still do everything we can to accommodate our patients and find time to squeeze them into our schedule just as we did for you. We also put forward great effort to pull patient benefits to estimate the costs not paid by the insurance. Occasionally some commonly covered procedures are not covered by a patients' specific plan choice, and we let them know before proceeding with treatment. We're not able to dictate the terms of insurance coverage.
This office is absolutely amazing. The entire staff truly cares about all of the patients. Dr. Nate and Minnie were amazing during my visit. I highly recommend this office for any dental care
