They are the WORST PLACE TO DEAL WITH. NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY DO NOT WORK WITH YOUR SCHEDULE!!! THREATEN YOU DEMAND WHEN THEY ARE TO COME OUT! Products are BAD GET HOUSE SPRAYED STILL BUGS EVERYWHERE HAVE TO CALL THEM AGAIN! Seriously. DO NOT USE ARROW. They can’t even keep employees what does that tell you. BEWARE!! DO NOT USE ARROW. Then they want to fire you cuz you stand up to them. GOOD RIDDENS. Lots of other exterminators to use. Take your attitude and shove it Arrow! BEWARE I REPEAT DO NOT USE YOU WILL BE UNHAPPY AND SORRY.

I truly believe Arrow Exterminators cares about my wellbeing and home with their level of service. Daniel Pounds is amazing and a professional. He treats the customer with care and understanding which makes the experience that much better.

I can't say enough good things about our regular technician, Daniel Pounds. Not only does he do great work, but he also helped us find a water leak (we knew nothing about) and got us set up to get gutter guards installed at a great price. I would highly recommend him to anybody else in the Acworth area.
I had a great experience with Madison, my exterminator. She provided excellent customer service—professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the job. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my concerns were addressed. I’m very satisfied with her work and would definitely recommend her to others.

Caleb is AMAZING!!!! Super knowledgable and friendly. He takes the extra time to explain everything and why the bugs are doing what they do. Definite peace of mind having this service!

GREG the receptionist should be fired! Rude, argumentative and unprofessional. Talks to customers like they are trash and he owns the company. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION WHERE HE WORKS. Not sure how he keeps his job. Complained multiple times. They don’t care about customer service.

I am left feeling ripped off by this company. I am in the Acworth area and I have had issues with mice in my basement. Upon initial inspection, I was upsold to receiving a complete package wherein they sealed off my attic, when I was adamant that the issue was occurring in my basement only. This was a very expensive service but to ensure they would solve my problem and offer protection for a year, I decided to do it.
I ended up having them come out on 3 or 4 different occasions over the next couple months to deal with my mice problem. I was on warranty at the time, so eventually the issue was solved.
Fast forward 10 months later. I cancelled the warranty thinking my problem was solved, only to find out it wasn't, more mice had found a way in. I was hoping to get back on their annual wildlife exclusion plan but since I cancelled it a mere 6 weeks prior, they would not allow it, and wouldn't budge on charging an extra $500 fee for them to come out to reassess my home.
I give them credit, for seemingly dealing with the issue last year. But ultimately I am left feeling dissatisfied with their overall customer service. The issue was never fully solved and I paid an extremely expensive amount of money for their service.
We unfortunately had rats in our attic. They identified where they were coming in, sealed the attic completely. We were very happy with their service.

Every technician, and especially David—our regular technician—has always been prompt, courteous of our home, kind to our children, and knowledgeable about our issues and Arrow products and services. Arrow has helped us with everything from ant to Joro spider extermination to the removal of a bat from our attic (which they then cleaned of guano and sealed from the outside so no bats would return!). We really appreciate Arrow!
