I am a manager of 2 blocks of 8 flats with a lift in each, we had very poor service historically. I found Arrival Lifts through google search and was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and efficiency they provided. Paul and Joe are a pleasure to do business with, Honest, genuine, hardworking and just simply nice to work with a family run business. They fixed a lift that a very large company we used to have would not entertain. I do not usually write reviews but in this instance I would highly recommend. Bimul

We are a prestigious block of apartments in Grosvenor Square and have used Arrival Lifts for many years. We receive excellent service from them. All emergency call outs have been dealt with straight away and customer service is very efficient.
