Excelente servicio, desde cuando agende la cita hasta el final. Carmen quien me atendió en un hidro facial, fue siempre muy amable y se tomó el tiempo para explicarme y hacerme sentir cómoda en todo momento. He tenido la oportunidad de probar el suero de salmón y protector solar y son estupendos que volví a comprar 😍

Love Aromas & especially Nayla! I wouldn’t trust anyone else in Miami for my Botox. The team are so friendly and professional and put me at ease for my first even Botox. I was nervous to begin my aesthetic journey and they listened to the look I was going for, I’m so happy with my results!

I’ve been to medical spas across North America, and this is easily the worst. My assistant called and on three separate times as to confirm that this clinic offered Myobloc and was explicitly told yes each time, with a note supposedly added to my file. I arrived only to be told by the nurse that they do not offer this service at all and offered me alternative treatments that I know don’t work on me. This was not a miscommunication—it was a complete waste of time. Either the front desk is wildly incompetent, or this clinic deliberately misleads clients to get them in the door and then attempts to upsell alternative treatments. Either way, I would not trust this clinic with my face or my time.

Que falta de profesionalismo la de este consultorio piensan que únicamente el tiempo valioso es el de ellos. Hable vía WhatsApp con los asesores para agendar un cita siendo así asignada para el día viernes 2 de enero 2026 y llego justamente hoy 2 de enero a las 09:50 a.m y me indican de que no tengo ninguna cita. Es demasiado incómodo y repugnante pasar por este tipo de situaciones cuando me he desplazado a 45 minutos de distancia y eh dejado de trabajar por presentarme aquí. Que falta de RESPETO.
