I love this place. Everyone is always so welcoming, and they really know how to make each customer feel good and cared for. Every time I come in for a head spa treatment, I leave feeling relaxed and satisfied with the service. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice head spa experience.

My first head spa experience was amazing! Everything felt so thoughtful, relaxing, and special from start to finish. So much care is put into the whole experience. I would definitely come back more often if I did not live across the country.

I'll start by saying that the women are very friendly. There were good moments of receiving a great head massage and I liked that she checked on the pressure with me. It was also cool seeing our scalp under a magnifying camera and we liked having a microdermabrasion...but that's about it. My husband and I got the Elite Premium package and we were sorely disappointed. First, there isn't a designated parking area so be prepared to come early if you're coming on a weekend. Second, the towel and fluffy blanket STUNK. I have a keen sense of smell but my husband doesn't, and at the end of our treatment I asked him to smell my robe/towel and he agreed it stank. It smelled like either they don't clean it after every use and there had been a sweaty person using it before me or they left it wet too long before putting it in the dryer. Either way it put a damper to my whole experience. Third, they don't explain the process of what they're doing so every new sensation whether it's going from hot to cold or cold to hot- it will take you by surprise. Lastly, the products are not that great or high end. For $183pp, I'd at least expect some decent products but everything seemed like it came from an Asian mart or TJ Maxx. Between the smell and lackluster products, the whole experience was a bust.

A head spa is one of the most relaxing treatments I've ever tried. The scalp massage, deep cleansing, and warm water therapy made my whole body feel relaxed. My scalp felt incredibly clean afterward and my hair was soft and shiny. It's the perfect self-care experience if you want to unwind and give your scalp some extra care.

I booked the elite and I was disappointed. It lists the following services- Platinum Elite 1. Hair and scalp Analysis 2. Essential oil and scalp relaxation 3. Deep facial cleansing 4. Microdermabrasion 5. Massage (neck, shoulder, face and scalp) 6. Collagen facemask 7. LED light therapy 8. Half-Moon waterfall therapy 9. Hair and scalp nourishing shampoo 10. Hydrotherapy steaming 11. Alopecia and Dandruff prevention (if needed) 12. Hair Drying (no styling) 13. High-frequency wand combing My treatment was missing #5, 12, 13. We were talked into having a longer massage and forfeited the blow dry but there was no massage. There was down time where they could of massaged my neck and shoulders but instead they left me alone. The extra massage was one of the reasons I was most excited about having the elite. So if you are looking for a clean scalp, they did a great job but I think they oversold their services. I would stick with the classic.

Service was amazing, my beautician for my appointment was Amy and her hands are magical! Massage was great, she's very attentive and knowledgeable with her craft and you as her client. During the service you are greeted with a scalp analysis, change into a gown, warm booties, 2 blankets, pillow for your underneath your knees, a warm cloth for your stomach and a warm eye mask. Then she proceeded to give me a head and scalp massage, brush the hair, facial, face mask, another massage from head, neck to chest and shoulders, hair wash and treatment then blow dry and another scalp analysis. Definitely worth the money and visit! They have 3 locations in OC, highly recommend Aroma HeadSpa

Booked a last-minute 60-min session at Aroma Headspa to get my scalp super clean before Lunar New Year (3 days no hair washing ). The staff were so welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. I loved the scalp analysis. I found out I actually have a combination scalp, not oily like I thought. Super helpful! I added the scalp purifying treatment and they made sure my specialist, Hana, focused on getting my scalp extra clean. Hana was amazing, so gentle and soft-spoken that I actually fell asleep. Even in just 60 minutes, it felt like a full reset. Definitely coming back!
