Anthony was an excellent technician. He let me know exactly what he was going to do and why for my service call. Explained why he was recommending what he did. I got the sense he truly wanted to make sure my system was operating efficiently as we enter the FL summer. swelter season. He was very polite and pleasant. Joshua was very helpful. Knowledgeable. Did the work I asked for. Noticed issues with my plumbing before beginning a second repair and held off to schedule a time to complete the entire job in one shot. Had he not seen the secondary issue I would have been repeating those repairs. His observations and my conversation with him actually got me to sign up with Snyders annual service maintenance. Jamal our HVAC Expert was awesome! Timely with ETA and was quick with questions and worked quickly to diagnose issue. Kept me well informed and reviewed findings with pictures and was very knowledgeable. He answered a few other questions on the air quality and gave recommendations which I felt were appropriate. A great representative of Snyder- really great tech and authentic, positive personality.
