This is our third window install with Armortech. There is a reason we keep them coming back. Our salesperson Steve has been super responsive and helpful, as is the office team. But the installation teams are amazing. This is also the third time we have had Jim S. lead an install team, he is the best. Happy to have his assistant Jamie this time. The stucco crew led by John did amazing work. Thanks to his crew Lonnie, Momo and Mick for their high quality craftsmanship. Everyone went above and beyond. We highly recommend Armortech. Their windows and people are top-notch!

Been 4 weeks and I still do not have my screens. No one has even called to update me with an arrival date. So beginning to wonder if I will ever get them.
Sorry, but I still would not recommend them. To keep from being in violation, I had to even notified our Villa of Carillon HOA of the problems with this company.
I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Long wait time to get my doors & windows, missing screens, after a couple of weeks caulking has already started peeling off outside around windows, broke outside stucco work, cracked door stoops, paint specs on flooring inside, dropped repair stucco down outside 2nd store walls and never cleaned off and took a week to get someone to come out to get my doors to latch closed. Ian, who said he's the manager, came out and took pictures. He said he would get a crew back out but he never did. Both he & Michael in service don't return calls. Michael will tell you he's sending someone over & no one shows up. You call back only to find he's not available & he never scheduled anyone to come out.. So you've sat around waiting for someone who isn't even coming. Removal & Installers did too much outside damage to stucco work & torn inside drywall above doors. For the high price you pay Armortech, you're going to need to also add repair costs for hiring another company to come out. I'm still waiting for screens I paid for & for Ian's return call & that crew to come out.
Liz, I appreciate you bashing the company. We are here to resolve any and all issues you may have. We have been calling you back and we have record of it. If you would like me to personally come out, I have no problem doing that. You are scheduled for tomorrow. Let me know if you need anything after tomorrows visit.

The second team that did stucco work following the window installation, Momo and Micky, did an outstanding job on the stucco work around my large half moon window above my front door. Best stucco job I've ever seen. They were so friendly and professional. Really happy with the work!
The installation team, Brett and Kyle, were very hard working, pleasant, and professional. Did solid work on installing both of our sliding glass doors. Looks great!
After having new windows and doors installed Wednesday, Mo Mo and Mickenson applied our stucco today. Both gentlemen were very courteous and did a great job.

We had Armortech replace some very old jalousie windows and some significant stucco repair was needed. Mo Mo and Mickenson came out and did a fantastic job with the stucco work. Our house has never looked as good as it does now. I would highly recommend these two for any work that needs to be done

We had hurricane impact windows and sliding doors installed this week. Every person that came to work in this project was top notch. Jeremiah and Rivers went above and beyond. They were both incredible. Josh and Lewis were so accommodating.
