I purchased a simple necklace from them, which was beautiful, the tone was spot on akin to gold. I was so pleased with it that I purchased an O ring belcher necklace. Sadly the tone of this necklace was horrible, not matching the previous purchase. It actually looks like cheap tat. So,I reached out twice with no response. I will be returning this necklace in hopes that they can return a necklace that looks better than one I received and that their customer service can be a bit more responsive. I had high hopes for this jewelry company as it’s a British one and I prefer to purchase British goods, but not if it’s not worth it 😡

I've recently bought 2 pieces from Armed and Gorgeous waterproof, tarnish free range and they are fabulous. They are a true gold colour, they feel great quality and look really beautiful. I've worn one of the necklaces continuously since delivery and it still looks brand new. I'm so pleased with them I have ordered a bracelet too. The price is very good especially with the 30% discount offer recently. Delivery is really quick, usually 2-3 days. Thank you Armed and Gorgeous. I will definitely be purchasing more lovely pieces.
