Do not come here. They are liars and scammers. They charge $300 for them to tell you you need tretenoin and a ten minute extraction. Save your money and get a facial for $90. Liars. Frauds. Megan pretends to be knowledgeable but she does not know anything and makes assumptions
It’s a scam! First time visiting cost $100. The doctor was in the room max 1 minute. He took a quick look at the mall and disappear after that came his assistant, and recommended to see a surgeon to remove. Before my appointment I multiple times explained that the mole was examined before and I need to remove. For what did I pay $100?
I see Courtney for female adult acne, and she is so helpful. Everyone is different so I can’t guarantee my treatment will work for everyone, but after I started going to her, my skin has improved so much. It’s night and day. I also like the folks here. People are really nice.
I'm not usually one to write reviews but I had an especially unpleasant experience with Arlington Dermatology today. First I'll start off by saying, if you need patients to fill out 30-40 minutes of paperwork and they're waiting over a month to get an appointment, maybe sending the paperwork to them via email would be better than expecting them to show up a half hour early to fill it out in a waiting room. When I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment, I was told I was too late and they couldn't accommodate me due to the large amount of paperwork they wanted me to fill out. I've been going to this practice for 15-20 years but this was my first experience like this. The receptionist was rude and dismissive. She offered to get me a new appointment and guess what...I would have to wait over a month for this one as well. She offered for me to take the paperwork with me to fill out before my appointment. I declined before going to my car and calling a different dermatologist. This practice could fit me in next week and despite being a new patient, had no "rule" that I needed to be there thirty minutes early to fill out paperwork. Treating patients like this just drives them away. Kindness could have gone a long way here. Not once did the receptionist show any compassion or understanding. If she had even nicely told me they couldn't fit in, I might not be so upset but apparently customer service was not on her agenda today. I no longer recommend Arlington Dermatology simply because it doesn't appear they care about their patients as much as they care about the bottom line.
I see my dermatologist Megan here and she’s incredible!! She listened to my concerns on my skin and allowed me to go on accutane even though she offered other options. I absolutely love her assistant Mariana i believe her name is (not sure if i spelled it right). But she’s super fun, kind and i always look forward to seeing her!! Love this location and I love that they accept my insurance too!
Such great service every time I go there. They check in you on time if not a bit early depending on your arrival and I am always quick to be seen. Questions and concerns are addressed and options are offered and explained. They also work with you after the fact to make sure you aren't overpaying for things and are just really helpful in general. I seriously love this place and am happy every time after I leave.
I visited this practice to address a major concern. I want to commend Brandice Brazell PA-C. She was knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. She took ample time to answer all of my questions and was very competent. If the owner reads this, Ms. Brazell is awesome! I also want to give thanks to the front desk receptionist, Alejandra. Although I arrived with not much time to fill out paperwork, she was both helpful and nice.
Not only is Dr Bukhalo a respected academic researcher and brilliant clinician, but he has a knack for hiring excellent people. I was impressed by how Collen's cheerful manner placed me immediately at ease, and how PA Lauren's professionalism and charisma erased all doubts in my mind. The front desk staff are friendly, helpful, and understanding. Dr Bukhalo takes the time to explain things thoroughly, often answering my questions before I can ask them. His humanity shines through in everything he does. I feel so privileged to be cared for by these great people over many years. Thank you!
I have read a couple of negative reviews and don’t agree with any of them.
Yes, sometimes the doctor can be running late and looks like he is rushing though the appointments, but this is something normal these days.
Dr Bukhalo and Elizabeth are the doctors I have seen during my visits. They are AMAZING professionals.
I prefer professionalism instead of fake attention that you get in some doctor offices. What counts is that your problem is resolved quickly and professionally without unnecessary visits.
The staff at the front desk are very helpful as well.
My first experience at AD Thursday was excellent. Dr Bukhalo, the receptionist, Elizabeth & Allison couldn’t have been more professional & accommodating. I never felt rushed. In fact they made me feel as though I’ve been going there for years. Arlington Dermatology is spacious facility, & well designed in a way which is quite relaxing. (I was nervous never being to a Dermatologist before) I’ve had 11 back surgeries going back to 2004. The reason why I mention this is because I’ve had countless hours spent in Dr, surgeon, hospital & p/t offices throughout the years. I never had such a smooth/comfortable experience from A to Z. I feel Arlington Dermatology needed special recognition for my first experience there. Thank you, Tammy

The absolute worst dermatology practice EVER!!! Dr. Bukhalo just rushes through your appoint. No personal service. He has to be the most arrogant Doctor I have ever met. To top things off...his staff is the absolute worst!! Rude is an understatement! Don't waste your time with these people. They only care about the money not the patient!
08/27/2020 I came to the office, wearing mask, for my scheduled appointment with Dr. Bukhalo. As usual, my wife (also wearing mask) was accompanying me. The temperature outside was 92 F. The receptionist behind the protective shield was also wearing mask. Two patients in the area were keeping the social distancing. But the receptionist requested me to complete the form outside the office and did not allow my wife to stay inside. She suggested that my wife should wait in the car (92F.) The request was absolutely ridiculous.
It was so unexpected and outrages, that I refused the appointment.
P.S. I was not informed at the time of the reservation that nobody should accompany me.
