Very nice place great service for the residents I am speechless by how kind the staff are .
I really felt my mom is in a great place with caring people you ever wish to have .

My Dad now lives at Steep house, which was a very difficult decision to make.
The wonderful staff however made that decision so much easier for us all from day one.
All of the staff must have been hand picked because they are all so caring and dedicated to looking after all of the residents at Steep house.
There is a wonderful food menu which is cooked fresh on site, a full daily program of entertainment and constant professional care for the residents.
My Dad is very settled and very happy.

It was a very hard decision to let Dad be cared for in a nursing home,but from.the very first day we knew Dad was going to be well cared for.
The staff are wonderful.
The receptionist welcome us everytime.
The carers work so hard to meet the residents needs.
Nurses are on hand all the time,and the care they give is excellent.
The ladies that keep the residents entertained with games,reading,quizzes and singing etc are brilliant and you can see how much they care. Sandra is just amazing and always so happy .
The food is top notch ,varied and plentyfull.
The management are always ready to help and very approachable.
Steep house is always clean and tidy and smells lovely.
Dad is always spotlessy clean .
I just can't fault anything in steep house,I would highly recommend it to anyone.
