Apon arriving at the care home it seemed okay but then I was shocked to find out that I was not told about new medication my family member was put on after asking and I was told no new medication was being administered that was a lie workers are clearly over worked was talking to a few and they all mentioned that there so busy and understaffed they had to sleep in the party room I was very shocked by this statement after talking to management about this issue they seld that wasn't happening and not to believe everything I'm told it's a shady place they pass the buk it's always someone else's fault

This is a beautiful home, as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile. Everywhere was pristine all the staff made me welcome. Can’t fault it. You can easily identify how much they care about their residents

Upon my visit I was politely welcomed and found the home beautifully decorated. During my visit there was a singer performing for the residents and it was really nice to hear, it brought such an atmosphere.
