I was here as a student and I can say that the care provided is on top tier. The activities that were put on daily in the common area were fantastic and the residents really enjoyed this. The food was lovely too and residents seemed to enjoy this.

Was there today with our therapy pet Haggis to see the patients,they really enjoyed the visit the staff were caring and engaged with the patients and shared the happiness of the visit,going to make this a monthly event,a very happy experience today

AVOID!! PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES IN HERE . the trauma they have put my aunt under who has autism is absolutely heartbreaking. They are currently under investigation and my aunt has now been moved to a safe place. The certainly don't specialise in challenging behaviour . It's extremely concerning the attitude of management and alot of staff. They have 0 communication skill and jump from one extreme to another . There is no consistency in their practice, no empthy, dignity or respect . Please do your home work and have your loved ones in safe hands . Not one member of staff gave a consistent answer as to what happened to my aunts eye 😢 it must have been xyz . This one said she thinks . Absolutely disgusting and when we arrived the next day not one member of staff approached us to give an empthy or explain. It was the elephant in the room and my aunt tells a very different story from them . Shame on you .
