Heffle Court is a warm and welcoming place where residents are well cared for. The staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The home has a lovely atmosphere and feels very much like a community. Many thanks to the manager, Vlad, who goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable and supported.

I always feel so welcomed when I visit Heffle Court. The staff are friendly, attentive, and clearly dedicated to providing excellent care. I would like to sincerely thank all the staff at Heffle Court for the incredible care and support they have provided to my auntie. From the moment she moved in, we felt completely reassured knowing she was in such capable and compassionate hands.
The team at Heffle Court truly go above and beyond in everything they do. Every member of staff—from carers and nurses to housekeeping and management—demonstrates genuine kindness, patience, and dedication. It’s clear that they treat every resident like family, with respect, dignity, and personalised attention.
My auntie has settled in beautifully, and it’s heartwarming to see her so well cared for and happy. The environment is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and there’s a lovely sense of calm and community throughout the home. The activities are varied and engaging, and staff are wonderful at encouraging residents to participate at their own pace.
Communication with families is also excellent—we are always kept informed and involved, and the staff are approachable and helpful whenever we have questions or concerns.

My Dad is a resident and the care he receives is brilliant. The staff are so kind, patient and caring towards all the residents. Dementia is such a cruel disease, but all there are treated with such dignity and love. Thank you for all you do.

I visit Heffle Court regularly as an entertainer for the residents. I always experience a warm friendly atmosphere. The staff are very attentive to the residents and show a lot of care and respect whilst at the same time maintaining a friendly and fun environment.

I recently visited Heffle Court to provide entertainment for a little while for the residents. They were in great spirits and were up and dancing with the staff. All the staff I met there have a really good rapport with the residents and took care of their needs as required. Nothing seemed too much trouble. A very friendly place with excellent security too. I hope I will be able to go back to entertain again as it adds another dimension to the level of care provided by the team.
