What a beautiful home. Really welcoming with lots of space inside and out. Some beautiful original features across the home. Peaceful surroundings really give a calm, relaxed feel.

My mum came into Coppice Lea last November and the care has been first class. We could not have wished for a better place as my mum’s home. The facilities are amazing and all the staff are so kind and caring. The entertainment is absolutely wonderful and we love it as well as my mum. My husband and I often come for lunch and the food quality is brilliant and such good value. We could not have chosen a better place as we know that mum will be well looked after in her later years. Well done to you all at Coppice Lea for the wonderful care that you offer, you are all amazing people

I have been providing Music Entertainment for many years now and each time, I receive a warm welcome from residents and staff. I have always found that Ashley (Activities coordinator) is extremely attentive to the residents individual needs and requirements…she also displays empathy and obviously cares a great deal about the role of which she provides. I would highly recommend this home!

My nan was in Coppice Lea care for almost 2 years. She was well looked after until her last day. Staff was really friendly and always available, if nan or us ever needed anything. We sometimes stayed for a lunch as the new dining room has the facilities and the food has always been great!
Thank you to the Coppice Lea team and the management for everything they did! Can’t recommend enough!

We have recently invested in our homes and hospitality services, so it’s lovely to hear how this is appreciated and makes for a positive visit, you are always welcome, thank you again.
Visited the home for a garden party and an open day. Staff were nice and polite, and were able to answer all of my questions. Food was well presented and tasted really good. Residents appeared happy. Management is pleasant to deal with and happy to help in any situation.

My father went there for his end of life care. The care he received and the support we received was amazing. The nursing staff, carers and even the kitchen staff, truly did care and did everything they could to give him the dignity he deserved. He was happy there and I have no doubt recommending them. Coppice Lea will always have a special place in our hearts, thank you!
