I recently visited Brook House for the first time and my initial impression was very positive. The home has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, the staff were so friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The home was clean, well maintained with a homely feel. Rhiannon the home manager was so helpful and happy and you can really tell she cares about the home.

My mum has recently moved into Brook house and I cannot stress how great it is.
The staff are all very welcoming and supportive. Mum is looking forward to spring and being able to enjoy the sunshine on patio.
Thanks to every member of staff who all work so hard to make mum’s new chapter one to look forward to. You are all amazing.

We attended an event at Brook House recently and were amazed at the homely feel. The staff were amazing and very helpful. They host coffee drop-in sessions for people with dementia and their families which is so welcoming. This is a very nice home.

What a lovely home from home Brookhouse is!
Everyone here is so welcoming, they make you feel a part of the family and they cannot do enough for you.
The care and compassion towards the residents is clear to see and shows in the residents as they are so happy and speak highly of the staff.
There is always so much going on here too with coffee mornings and lots of activities. The input back to the community is fantastic.
What a breath of fresh air Rhiannon is too, this reflects in her team!
Honestly what a lovely home this is, giving peace of mind for your loved ones

Myself and my partner were looking for care for his parents and had been recommended to Brook House by a work colleague. I have to say Brook House was superior to other homes we had looked at in the area. When we visited we were made to feel welcome by the manager Rhiannon and her team, we were shown all the lovely facilities and what shone was the family feel throughout.
When we feel the time is right for our relatives we will definitely consider Brook House. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. You are a great team!

Was looking for care for my Father and on the of chance popped by Brook House in Towcester. I couldn't have been more warmly welcomed by the staff even when I could see they were busy but all felt relaxed and the surroundings were very homely. I was sat down with a coffee whist I waited a short time for the Care manager to became free. Rhiannon was very welcoming and we sat and talked about the difficult decision I was making for my father and her knowledge and compassion became apparent straight away. I was shown around and all was lovely. Sadly my Father didn't make it to Brook House but I would highly recommend it as the atmosphere all around the home was lovely and care shone through. Keep up the good work.

Quite unlike what I expected. Brook House is a welcoming, caring environment where guests come first. The decoration is light and airy, the food was naughty and the staff are gregarious.
