This is almost a year late as I’m starting to think about getting my irrigation system started for the spring, I realized I never wrote a review.
I had a great experience with Ardiso and Sons LLC. They came out the same day to assess an issue with my irrigation well, which I really appreciated. He was able to fix the well problem quickly, but when my irrigation system still wasn’t working properly, he went above and beyond to help.
Even though it was outside the typical scope of his work, he took the time to troubleshoot the issue and even called in a colleague who specializes in irrigation systems. What really stood out was that he didn’t just hand it off—he stayed the entire time, worked alongside them, and treated it as if it were his own job from start to finish.
He made sure everything was fully up and running before leaving and was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping in every way he could. I would absolutely recommend Ardiso and Sons LLC.
I can’t say enough good things about Richard. I called in a frantic state late on a Friday night because my daughter had no water at the house. Of course it t happened on a day when I wasn’t home. Richard responded with kindness and assured me he would go take a look. He was at the house in under an hour! As he went trough the plumbing he explained every step thoroughly to my daughter so she would understand and be able to pass along what had happened. He finished up, emailed me what needed to be done immediately, and what he noticed that might need to be done, but could wait. I accepted his quote through a link in my email, and was able to make payment that way as well! Richard is a true professional! Thank you for helping a frantic mom! We truly appreciate you!
Richard came to my house after an emergency call on a Saturday morning to repair my water pump. I had no running water until Richard came within an hour and fixed it. He gave me a quote for the cost right after looking at the water pump and water tank. When he finished he stuck to the price quote even though the job took longer than expected I believe.
I got a quality repair job from Someone who came right away and gave me a fair price. He also explained everything he did when he finished and the price never changed.
Plus, he is a very nice guy who I enjoyed talking with and learning more about my water pump issues. If you need a plumber, please consider hiring Richard's company. You won't be disappointed.
Good company. Good service. Prompt, professional, clean install. Had them gut my old pressure tank, softener, and filters and replace with a new system with a smaller footprint. Would hire again. Planning to keep in my contractor rotation for sure.

The Sunday before Christmas we realized our water wasn't running and we couldn't fully figure out what was wrong. They came out right away with all the equipment they needed, ran some tests, found the problem, and solved it! They even gave us a free water test once it was running again. Greatly appreciated their prompt response and problem solving. It was a huge relief, especially when other places said they couldn't even get to us for a few weeks. Thank you! Highly recommend them.

We had been without water for two months. Went to one of the bigger well companies and they told us that there was no way to solve our problem easily, that it would cost an arm and a leg, and there was nothing they could do. We were at our wits end, and with a shot in the dark contacted Ardito & Sons. Not only were they super friendly and attentive, they drove over an hour during an icy rain storm to come help us. They fixed our problem in 3 hours, explained everything to us, and then worked with us after to make sure we understood everything. Not only are we eternally gratefully, but I’m sure my coworkers are as well so they can stop hearing me whine about no water. We’ll definitely be recommending Ardito & Sons to everyone we know!
I needed somebody right away for frozen pipes in my home. I went through Angie's list and Richard from Ardito and Sons called me right away. He came over and got my pipes thawed out. . Prices were very reasonable and didn't have to wait for someone to come. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.
Richard responded on Christmas Day to a call for a service call from a power surge mishap with a new system - came the next day to install replacement part. Installation and service - nothing short of perfect. If you need a new system or services I strongly recommend considering Richard and his company.
Richard was full of knowledge, listened to and considered my needs and budget. The work is meticulous and I will keep him in mind in any future projects.

After having some trouble with the “bigger” companies, we reached out to Richard at Ardito & Sons LLC and could not be happier that we did. He is extremely responsive, happy to help, and would not recommend anything he himself would not install for his own family. After explaining options, he allows you to make your own conclusion without pressuring while still lending his expertise. And after that, he stands by his work without question and remains fully responsive should you have questions or concerns. I have no doubt he would give the shirt off his back to help a family. I cannot recommend Ardito & Sons LLC enough - Richard immediately came to our rescue after we had tried another local company and they let us down repeatedly. Richard understood the urgency and came out right away. He ended up ordering us a cistern tank, and he communicated every step of the way. He absolutely knows his stuff and we truly felt we were able to trust his recommendations, and things have been working perfectly since! We definitely won't use anyone else!

I have had Richard replace the well pump at my father's house and also passed along his name to other people who needed his services. This guy is amazing! He does fantastic work, very neat and reasonable pricing. He's the kind of guy you don't mind having in your house. With the climate of the world we live in today its nice to know there are people like Richard out there that place the customer first.
