We recently bought a swimming pool, not something you do every day, from Arcus Products (Sunsoka), and we couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish.
To be honest, we were probably the customers from hell, ie constantly changing our minds, requesting adjustments, delaying the installation by six months, adding last-minute extras like lights, and even requesting refunds for items we no longer needed. Throughout all of it, the team remained professional, patient, kind, and incredibly understanding.
From the initial planning and ordering stages through to the final installation, everything was handled brilliantly. The office staff on the phone were always helpful and responsive, and the installation team on site were fantastic: super fast, efficient, friendly, and clearly very experienced. They are a real credit to the company.
The pool itself looks great, feels like excellent value for money, and has been working perfectly so far. Our only complaint is that the weather could be a bit warmer!
We would happily recommend Arcus Products to anyone considering a swimming pool. A genuine 5-star experience.
