Ady, Emily and the team at Arc Business Interiors completed the full fit out, from strip out via bare shell to what looks like a brand new building, of our new flagship premises in Derby. As a business we have dealt with ARC Business Interiors for over 12 years now. It was a major project overseeing the fit out of a first floor office space, a large extended canteen for 100+ employees and the main production area.
From start to finish their communication and engagement were second to none, with no detail too small and no request too much. The whole team were extremely helpful and they accommodated various changes as the project progressed with positivity and enthusiasm.
I cannot rate Russ and Sean enough and were an absolute pleasure to work with!

The working space we have now is exactly what we envisioned and our production staff are delighted with the canteen area.... and the feedback we get daily is testament to this.

On behalf of YAGRO I cannot recommend ARC enough, at every stage of the project. From initial informal discussions, they weren’t pushy salesman but knowledgeable experts. They didn’t demand large upfront deposits like many other companies or tie us into contracts in advance. We were able to get technical designs for a small fee that was deducted from the fitout cost once agreed. The designs were quick, comprehensive and they were incredibly patient with the numerous changes we made back and forth. At the time I did not appreciate just how good the designs were but once the project was completed, they had accurately delivered to the highest standard, a like for like! The overall cost was competitive, with a line-by-line breakdown of everything and full transparency. They delivered on the tightest deadline, overcoming problems out of their control, with excellent communication and a positive attitude towards everything.
They did not pass you around from person to person, with a consistence project manager from start to finish, and where other people were involved communication and handover was excellent. They even dealt with third parties from coffee machine installation to security installation on our behalf to seamlessly deliver.

We had some very last minute requirements that needed to be organised and paid for 2 days prior to the Christmas holidays. The ARC team were fabulous in designing, ordering, invoicing and later delivering and installing in line with our requirements. It was a big ask from us to organise everything in such a short time frame but they delivered and with a smile. They are great team that are really friendly and listen well to your needs as well as giving you the benefit of their advice and expertise.
We engaged with ARC at the earliest opportunity of our new office fit-out. Using ARC’s design service, we were able to coordinate with our building contractor the specific design, materials, colour schemes and layout of all office, meeting and welfare areas.
ARC arranged visits to several suppliers, so we could see (and feel) various options to allow us to make informed choices. During the decision-making process the communication, flexibility and response from ARC was first class.
