We had Arbor Building complete a first-floor addition along with a renovation/extension downstairs, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience and the final result. From the first walkthrough and quoting stage, they were clear, realistic, and transparent about scope, timelines, and costs. Communication was a standout the whole way through. We always knew what was happening next, what decisions we needed to make, and any changes were explained properly before anything moved ahead. The site was kept tidy and safe, and the team was respectful of the fact that it’s still your home even while it’s a building site. Quality-wise, the workmanship is excellent. The finishes are sharp, everything feels solid and well-built, and the attention to detail shows everywhere. They also coordinated trades well, which made a big difference in keeping things moving. The project stayed on track and the timeline was handled professionally, even when the inevitable little surprises popped up. Arbor have helped construct a number of large model dams. The jobs are very bespoke and require attention to detail and being able to think outside the box. The team have been amazing to work with. Nothing was too much trouble and the outcomes were brilliant. I highly recommend these guys to get the job done!
