The photos show the dead tree we needed to remove which was right up against a neighbour's wall and which was among the items the local planning officer a report on. Tom came to look at some TPO trees overhaging my house. Produced a good report with suggested cuts to branches. I've submitted this report to the local council in support of a "works to trees" planning application. Awaiting the council to get back to me, but this stands a better chance of success with the professional report.
