We were quite skeptical after the first call from Barry Miller with all the scams taking place. But he reassured us and encouraged us to check into American Research Co. After researching we were comfortable and decided to move forward. Barry was very helpful. All our dealings and communication with the Attorney Susan B Devermont who was the attorney from Hinojosa & Forer LLP were professional and timely! For the most part she or her assistants got back to us with our questions quickly and professionally! This was a big surprise to our family as we did not know our real grandfather or that he had a daughter that was our mother’s half sister and the money will be shared with our kids! Thank you!

My wife and I had no experience in any estate sale and potential distribution of inheritance. We were initially contacted by ARB who helped us understand the estate situation and the process to be followed. They had us work through Hinojosa & Forer LLP, Attorneys-At-Law. The attorney's office kept us informed through the entire process. Every communication was helpful and well written. I was very surprised to hear I was receiving an inheritance. At first I was very skeptical thinking it was a scam, so I contacted other members of my family to see if they also received a letter, which they did. I then did some digging into their credibility and found it was a great company to work with. Keep in mind the court system takes time, but ARB did all the work and I received the money just like they said. And they would answer any questions I had usually within a few days time. Great experience, and I learned I had a lot of relatives I never knew about.
