Haven't attended long maybe 5 weeks at Seven Hills location; instructors seem ok during our time here. The facilities are not great. Not enough space to change in the ladies bathroom and cleanliness is questionable. The makeshift parent room is actually a passage to the ladies bathroom/change room which doesn’t allow for privacy. There a very limited lockable change rooms - I think 2 or 3. We were told our other option was to use the main buildings change room facility (outside of the swim school) as staff acknowledged there isn’t enough space to accommodate everyone. Would be great if the swim school upgraded their facilities to suit the number of students they have. I was told it’s been like that for 17 years.
Positives: Friendly staff. Most teachers are very good. Children learn at their own pace. There's plenty of parking. It's a nice temperature inside so kids aren't shivering.
Negatives: Not enough showers, there's only 3 in the girls room.. Boys using the girls changing room makes the waiting time even longer. They should use the boys room or family room.
Groups of 5 children are a little bit big, 4 would be better.
Fantastic swim school. Both my granddaughters are making amazing progress. All the staff are extremely helpful.

Wonderful staff, attentive teaching. But the girl at the cafe in the afternoon has precisely zero manners and doesn't talk or smile or even look you in the eye. She doesn't want to be there and makes you feel the same way!

We had 10 weeks lessons and the experience was awesome. We were happy and proud that we improved our swimming skills by a lot in this short period pf time. Thanks
