Arrived at planned. Quick and efficient installation of 3 awnings and 9 blinds. No upheaval to the rest of the house and installed all within 4 hrs. Cleaned as went on and left site tidy. Fully explaination and demonstration of everything. Very friendly and helpful throughout. Finished article as envisaged and would recommend this company for blind and awnings.

I've had a wonderful experience with Abigail, I absolutely could not be happier & was super impressed with the after sales care. I had some blinds installed, maybe 5 years ago..... unfortunately one of the little handles broke, I reached out, exchanged a few emails with Abigail and the very next day an engineer popped round and dropped off a few spares for me. Thank you so much Aquarius, I applaud the customer care, that does not happen much these days (if at all).

Our initial meeting was very helpful and all the awning options were explained clearly with no pressure to reach a quick decision. We were able to make a decision at this stage and were given a good lead time as, with mid-summer fast approaching, I had thought we'd have a very long wait. The awning was available pretty much within the expected time frame and fitted promptly. It works beautifully - all very simple to operate - and so we are very pleased with both the service and the final product.
