My experience with APS Foundations has been excellent. My representative, Kyle went under my house into the crawl space. He took pictures of the issues, and explained what needed to be done and why. I was given an in-depth explanation regarding how many I-beams and piers would be needed to correct the foundation problems. I was provided with a quote, in a timely manner. The quote was better than the amount I had received from two (2) other companies in the area. The work will begin in January. Perfect timing for me! I am extremely confident that APS will do an outstanding job. I highly recommend APS should you require any foundation work!

I had an appointment scheduled on October 29, 2025. No one showed up for the appointment. I called back the next day and ask why no one ever showed up for the appointment, I never got an answer for that question. The lady scheduled the appointment for November 4, 2025. The gentleman came and looked at my project for about an hour, he spoke with I presume his supervisor on his cell phone via video chat. He said he would need to come back with a endoscope camera and drill some holes in the patio floor mortar to see what is wrong. I told him that would be okay. As of November 5, 2025 no one has came back. I would definitely not recommend this company.

The technical crew showed up on time and worked quickly to finish filling our cracks in the entire driveway. They gave us a choice of colors. They cleaned up and our driveway looks great.

AFS installed the supports under my house several months ago. None of my issues were fixed. Said they would come back in 3 months and adjust supports . They have not been back. I feel it was a waste of money.

We initially called APS to get termite protection and found we had a pretty bad moisture issue in our crawlspace. Kyle got us taken care of on both fronts. He worked with us to find options that fit with our budget, answered all our questions, and was all around great. Everyone at the office I talked to was so professional and kind. Everyone on the crew that came out to do our encapsulation was friendly and they were so fast and clean. You couldn't tell we had work done under the house after they were gone. All around great service and I would definitely reccomend them.

Our home is approximately 35 years old, two-story, with a large crawl space, and I have been wrestling with the decision for over 5 years on how to get the foundation leveled correctly. Devin from APS came to visit, and for the first time I felt he was someone I could trust, despite having prior consultations from another company. Roman and his team installed the foundation support system, and while it is still not perfect, there are noticeable improvements, and I have peace of mind now. Devin is also coming back to reshoot and recalibrate the elevations, and they will return to make the necessary adjustments. Thank you to Devin, Roman and APS.
