We had parts requested to be made for a customer in a short timeframe. ASM worked quickly to help us out. The parts were built and shipped early and we were able to meet our customer's timing without delay! And the parts looked FANTASTIC! Very good quality work! Will use ASM again!

I’ve been working with ASM for about a year now. After I placed my first order with them and received my parts, they became my go-to shop for anything sheet metal. Their website is easy to use, they are very responsive to online requests and have the knowledge and expertise to successfully complete every type of job that I’ve given them. One great feature worth mentioning is how easy it is to get select the delivery timeframe of your parts directly from the quote. Additionally, the people that I’ve worked with at ASM always make sure my quote comes back fast. The quality is not just present on the people but it extends to the products they produce—the parts I’ve received have always been within tolerance and look better than the 3D model, which is hard to achieve. Laser cutting capabilities, powder coating, sheet metal work, you name it—they can do it better than anyone else.

This used to be a good and reliable vendor, even if they were almost always late on delivery. But our most recent experience with them was terrible, with extremely late deliveries and a complete lack of communication about what would turn out to be partial deliveries. Some of the part quality also failed to meet previous levels. Welds had a lot of warpage around them, with really shoddy grinding and blending of surfaces. We had to modify other parts to let these be usable. And emails to management about all of these issues were basically ignored.
