It's always great when you have an idea, follow it through and it works. We love working with you and your clients to make your marketing campaigns and leaflet distribution a success.

I have replied and dealt with this directly and glad apology was accepted and complaint closed. We delivered to approx 28,000 households on time with around 800 of those being delivered late. We know this as our team wore their GPS trackers throughout delivery and we were able to isolate the dates and view area maps to show that the delivery was not as first thought. It is disappointing to get such a terrible review off a valued customer and my lateness in response was due to being on holiday at the time of complaint, this aspirated the situation leaving client to think it was far worse. I dealt with this swiftly on my return. Please note my company is Applecarte Distribution.
