Outstanding leadership coach!
I booked a leadership coaching call with Mark because i was at my wits end doing it all alone as a founder. My initial session with Mark was outstanding. In one hour he captured my business and me with real accuracy, and re-framed my founder journey as a redesign, not a promotion. The reason for meeting Mark was because I was feeling stuck both personally and professionally, and it was a pivotal moment for me where I needed guidance to move forward. During our session, Mark took the time to understand my current situation on both fronts, helping me unpack my frustrations and identify the core issues. Together, we discussed practical strategies to progress, focusing on small yet impactful steps.
He also recommended I read Oversubscribed by Daniel Priestly, amongst other books, which I have since purchased and am currently reading.
