Kindly agreed to honor our 2 month expired maintenance agreement. Thank you! However, they quoted us $4600 for a new blower and wheel. And, they wanted us to do new vent work. After we consulted another company, they said no vent work needed - just a mother board for $1000. That fixed the problem. Do your due diligence friends!!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. When my boiler went out, I called 3 other companies before calling Apple Aire. The first company sent out two technicians who supposedly repaired the boiler. When I turned it on it was worse than ever and I received a big bill from them. The next 2 companies gave me very high estimates and one of them also billed me for a trip charge. When Todd from Apple Aire came out, he took the time to evaluate the situation and went over everything with me and he quoted me a great price. I had both the boiler and hot water heater replaced. The crew was conscientious efficient and trustworthy. They did a great job. I couldn't be more pleased with Apple Aire.

I had an amazingly positive experience with Apple Aire. I needed a new boiler and hot water heater. Prior to calling Apple Aire, I called 3 other companies for estimates. I had to pay 2 of the other companies just to come out and look at the job. The first company sent two technicians who did some adjustments to the boiler and said it was fixed. When I went to put it on, it was worse than ever and I was given a bill for the so called repair. The other 2 companies gave me estimates that were ridiculously high. Todd, from Apple Aire came out, took his time assessing the situation and gave me a great price for the job. They completed the work in one day. They are honest, efficient and conscientious. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new boiler and or hot water heater.

Dakota was awesome! Very knowledgeable and let me know everything that was wrong with my system. He was very honest about the age of the system and why certain components were bad. He also offered to do minimal work to hold off from getting a quote for a newer system but advised that in the long run it would be better to have it replaced. He knew I just got this house and I didn't know the potential risks and hazards of my system. He was very respectful of my home and seemed very excited on taking on this project.

The technicians came out same day as I called. My dryer was not working. They cleaned my vent out. Very professional, kind, courteous and efficient. I used this company last year. They are on my yearly schedule for maintenance of my heater, air conditioner and water heater. Dakota and Bryan were great! Highly recommend.

Brand new out of the box dryer. Error code, yikes! On a weekend, leaving town and need clean clothes. Called Apple Aire. Amazing response time and office worked hard to accommodate my schedule. Cleaned our clogged dryer vent line. Fast, friendly, efficient and worth every penny. Clean as new!
