APM Contractors was hired to do an extensive home renovation for our 4-stories town home. The project began on 11/2025. The extensive renovation was for: 1) replacing carpet to Luxury Vinyl Plank for the entire house; 2) adding recess lighting for the entire house; 3) upgrading 2 existing full baths on 1st floor; 4) redesigning and upgrading the entire kitchen to accommodate new appliances and kitchen cabinets; and lastly but not least 5) converting an unfinished basement to a complete bedroom with a full bathroom. 6) and several unexpected but necessary add ons as the project progressed. After 2 months of work, the renovation is coming to the final stage. We are happy with the finished work APM contractors performed, from their precision of tile work in the bathrooms, to the LVP floor installation and the amazing kitchen transformation. These structural changes not only added cosmetic enhancement but also modern characteristics to our town house. APM contractors amazingly converted a dull unfinished basement to a completely awesome bedroom with a full bath.
