Thank you very much for your feedback. Communication is key and due to us NOT providing FREE services was a result in losing a star (we gave a discount, but was not good enough). We are a honest, hard-working, efficient, and a customer service pointed company from the beginning to end. There are many customers that try to take advantage of hard working honest companies by adding work that was not originally in estimates thinking that due to spending any amount of $$ that they deserve to get free services. We all work hard professionally, and if we show up to work and more is loaded on our plate we all deserve more compensation (no one should do more for FREE). We have over 500 customers that I can provide references for all of them due to them trusting me, and me trusting them that they will not think they should receive FREE services.

On the review above you can see the customer was content with the work due to it being done professionally, but did not state why he took off a star. After reaching out to him to ask why this was done he stated he was not content with the price of a change order (change order was discounted added to his original discount).

Work at this project was done very professional, clean, and efficient. Please reach out to me if any questions are posed from the negative star.
