I was just there today to get my tooth pulled the place is so clean all the front desk employee are so nice specially Bernice my dentist was Dr.Khosousi he was so nice very gentle on pulling my tooth makinf sure I am not in pain and John the dental assistant was also nice and very caring overall I will recommend the place 100% to everyone I know who might need dental services in the future

I highly recommend this Dental office. They are always professional and caring. I have been going there for several years now and have seen several of the dentists. Dr K and Leila are very honest and gentle. They do not suggest things you do not need! They listen to your concerns and educate you on your choices. They are a stand alone dental office not tied to a nationwide conglomerate! Trust me that makes a difference on how they run their office!

Your header reads please tell us where we went wrong, everything about my treatment with you went wrong.
I visited your office for an upper and lower partial.
In june 2024. To approximately june 2025.
I started in june hoping to be done by the time flue season set in.
Twelve months later I don't have
The partials. The partials was repeatedly sent back to the technician for remake because they were not made right , ill fitted. Having me repeatedly sent out without my teeth.
On one occasion the assistant john tried to get another assistant to order a tightening of the bad partial and gave her a wink to send the partial to the technician for tightening, and john knew that the partial was not right because he winked his face shrugged his eyebrows upward signaling her to just request tighten the partial and gave her a wink to send it back to the technician for tightening up, I was looking In john's face with the mirror. the assistant spoke to the Doctor about the partial and the Dr sent the partial back to the technician. It was horrible to sit there all those months through covid, and monkey pox.
There were times when I was on the examining chair and someone would pass by and the person working in my mouth would stop the person passing by and ask would they hand them certain tools to work in my mouth.
I was horrified, not knowing if the person passing by was wearing gloves or if the tools had had just been used on another patient or not.
due the fact that the tools were coming from outside the area.and passed along.
My last visit i decided that I couldn't sit in Your officer any longer.
I walked out and left the unprofessional lower partial. I only
kept the upper for cosmetic reason. With their partials I can't chew my food.
The teeth was taking the skin out of my mouth.
I need you to refund my insurance so I can go someplace to get my teeth done right.
The front office accused me of missing my appointments.
I will never set foot in your office again

Our Doctor and her staff done above and beyond in your case. The lab was called many times; your case was made many times as well and you have them all. You have an unreasonable expectation. Good luck finding a Dental office to satisfy your needs.
I spent $100/ 15 minute cleaning. While the hygienist talked around me like I wasn't even there. Lack of customer service , then leaving not feeling like I had a thorough cleaning. Would not recommend. They have good stars because they offer you a Starbucks if you leave a review. Wonder it I'll get that coffee with mine. 🤔
