When our new clothes dryer suddenly stopped drying and the appliance tech eliminated a problem with the machine, we contacted Apex to investigate our dryer vent. Darnell was the technician who came to our home and did a great job of identifying and correcting the problem which included an inspection of a roof top vent on a 90 +degree day. Thank you Darnell for solving our issue and correcting it on a very challenging weather day.

Love this company! Nicole in the office is super friendly, informative and extremely helpful! She is a great representation of your company. Also, my kudos need to go out to Joe and Nakia, his partner. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and kind while coming out to my home. These are guys, you can trust with your hvac system. What I love about them is that they knew that this was not a job for them. My job was complex once they took a look. (Which I also knew.) It was something a little higher and an issue that was actually a builder problem, beyond their control. I appreciated their honesty, their knowledge. In other words, they took a look to see if they could do the work. And realized that it was something totally different from their expertise. They were awesome from the minute they stepped into my home until they left. And I will be using them in the future. It's very rare that a company is all around good from the time you call to the end result, but this is one of those companies. I highly recommend Apex Air Duct Cleaning!

Although Apex has not yet repaired my issue with my firebox, I was beyond pleased with Nicole’s knowledge and patience to explain everything. I called Apex for a second opinion. They are scheduled to inspect my issue (unfortunately I had a different company do an inspection a few weeks ago was told me my firebox was beyond repair due to the material needed which is no longer available due to its age. WRONG! I was told of my options which just didn’t sit right with me. Looking forward to having my firebox up running and safe again. Thank you Apex!

This was my first experience using Apex & I couldn’t be more impressed! From the start, Nicole in the office was kind, helpful, & easy to work with. The guys who came out were just as great, friendly, patient & very knowledgeable. Ray & Logan handled the initial service & did an excellent job. They were thorough, took their time & made sure everything was done right. Joe & Vinny were able to come back out quickly when needed & were just as professional & thorough. Everyone I interacted with was easy to talk to & took the time to explain everything step by step. It’s clear they take pride in their work & genuinely care about what they do, which made the whole process simple & stress free. Every person I dealt with was just as great as the next - that level of consistency is rare. It’s hard to find a company these days that is reliable, responsive & truly cares - Apex definitely does! I really appreciate everyone who came out. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing team for a great price! I highly recommend Mike and Cody at Apex Air Duct Cleaning and Chimney. I called to have my chimney cleaned and to find out what repairs would be needed. They were extremely professional and polite. Mike and Cody arrived on time and explained to me everything they were going to do and what they are going to check on. They kept everything neat and tidy throughout the process and when they were done gave me a full explanation and recommended some tips and products I could use for a little work I wanted to do myself (they of course offered to do it if I found myself in over my head). Another chimney company years ago told me I needed to redo everything in order for them to touch it for unneeded repairs so I am very happy I went with APEX who gave it to me straight. Thanks Mike and Cody, I’ll see you guys again next year for my cleaning!

I have nothing but good things to say about the referred tech Miguel. He was not only on time he was early. He explained what had to be done. He climbed up on the roof, cleared the dryer vent, and was done in less than 20 minutes. Just to top it off he was a very nice young man in general. Thanks for the great service. When I bought my house last year, the home inspector noted that the dryer vent exiting through the basement window was not up to code. I contacted Apex, and they promptly came out to reroute the vent properly through the wall. They did an excellent job, so much so that I called them back to clean my air ducts as well. Highly recommend their professional and reliable service!

This is the second time in 5 years that I have used APEX to sweep and inspect my chimney, with stellar results. Joe showed up on time, explained the process and costs thoroughly & BEFORE beginning. Competent, quick and very clean. While Joe pointed out some problems that may arise in the distant future, he assured me my chimney was A-1, and I greatly appreciate the fact that Joe/APEX did not try and "upsell" me.

He was very knowledgeable about all tasks to be performed and about additional services that I inquired about. He was very professional and had a calm and comfortable demeanor while we spoke and during his time at my home. He was efficient and very competent, and at the same time I did not feel rushed.
