I have nothing but good things to say about the referred tech Miguel. He was not only on time he was early. He explained what had to be done. He climbed up on the roof, cleared the dryer vent, and was done in less than 20 minutes. Just to top it off he was a very nice young man in general. Thanks for the great service. I had a great experience today with Apex, my technician Nick, was professional , efficient and Nicole was a pleasure to speak to for scheduling. I will be using them for my follow up services.
Cody, their technician, came to service my place today. He really not only got the the job done faster than expected, was friendly, knowledgeable, and treated my house as if it was his own. Apex and Cody are the way to go if you have any HVAC issues!
On Weds 3/11/2026 I had Apex service my dryer and Fireplace.
The two men, Michael & Cody were very courteous to me and did EXCELLENT WORK. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

When I bought my house last year, the home inspector noted that the dryer vent exiting through the basement window was not up to code. I contacted Apex, and they promptly came out to reroute the vent properly through the wall. They did an excellent job, so much so that I called them back to clean my air ducts as well. I explained my situation regarding my personal health issues and asked if she could accommodate a better date for installation of our electric fireplace. At first she wasn't certain what she could do since my installation date had been postponed due to inclement weather conditions. Terrible customer service. I called to make an appointment 2 weeks ago to get both my dryer vent and air duct cleaning. when I made the call, I asked the woman that was scheduling the appointment if when they came to do it, they could tell me if it even needed to be done and if it did, do it. she said that yes, they could check for me when they got to my house and do it if they needed to be done.
I waited 2 weeks for the appointment, they gave me the time frame that the tech would get here between 12-4. he got here around 330 just to tell me that he cannot do the air ducts. that he was told he only needed to give a quote.
he mentioned that there was no point in doing the dryer vent because it's better to do them both at the same time. he told me to call and explain to them what happened and that they could help me with a price adjustment for the inconvenience.
I called today to talk to someone about what happened and their response was only that they had to follow what was in the notes which was only to give the estimate (which is not all that we discussed!).
I asked her if I could get some sort of discount for the inconvenience and she said no because of what was in the notes.
So, all in all, their scheduler made a mistake, I waited 2 weeks for an appointment that nothing could even be done at, just for them to refuse to do anything to make this terrible experience better.
I used them once in the past, but will never use them again and will look for another company that values customer service.

Our technician arrived on time and professionally explained the situation, but you became upset when informed that service could not be performed without a confirmed booking. He offered to assist with scheduling, but you declined and chose not to proceed.
