When I went through the buying process it was a lot more seamless than when I was selling. My realtor had to keep tabs on them and get the paper work filed and I almost lost 4k in profit due to an error they didn’t pick up. I was highly disappointed because I had a good experience buying but selling was way harder because they weren’t following up with the process and what they as happening. and between their layer fee and some title fee they charged it was almost 3k I paid them to almost lose 4k.

Hi Eric, I replied to you via email on this and included a screenshot showing the title company entered a credit that was never included in our statement. The screenshot shows the time and our request to remove as it was never added. Title fees are standard on rate cards and part of the closing process, which are paid on both the buy and sale of real estate.
