Annie and her team knocked it out of the park for us. They handled everything from an estate sale, prepping, repairing and cleaning the house to be show ready, and selling it. Both Annie and her team were so helpful and responded immediately, answering any questions or concerns we had about anything. I wasn't sure how tough it would be selling a house in Mesquite, NV while not living there, but it turns out with the right team it was simple. Kudos to Annie and her team! I appreciate all they did to help us through a difficult time in our lives!

Annie and her team were just simply amazing. I was an out of town owner trying to deal with a house full of furnishings the family didn’t need or want and also the ultimate sale of the home. Annie and her fantastic team helped immensely by organizing an estate sale for us and getting the house ready to be put on the market. Annie is an incredible realtor. She went way above and beyond what any normal realtor would ever even consider doing. She is a true full service realtor. From estate sale advice and painting recommendations to cleaning and marketing a home she is fabulous! I would recommend her and her team to anyone! We had some really big hurtles to overcome and she was patient and an active participant in helping us come up with solutions. She knows the markets, is honest and a pleasure to work with. She truly went above and beyond the call of duty, helping my mother in law who was in a retirement facility while keeping us in the loop across state lines.
