Excellent service.
We first met Joe for the valuation who was extremely professional and friendly. Once set up we dealt with Debbie who has kept us up to date throughout as we did too as it wasn’t a straightforward sale but she did an excellent job. On occasion we spoke with Olivia who helped us with a couple of delicate situations. Ann cordey are a great team and wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Thankyou so much.

It was a pleasure to help you sell and secure your new home. When I met you , you were disappointed with other one other agents valuation who just did not understand your property and the appeal it would have in the market place and would have cost you thousands of pounds if you had marketed at their suggested price.

Lack of communication from Anne Cordey the solicitors updated us throughout with only 2 phone calls re progress from the estate agents in the whole time from putting an offer in to the end of the sale as soon as the offer was accepted the customer service was diabolical. Found the agents quite rude and very blunt when calling to ask for an update Not very good at all they wanted the sale then as soon as the offer was accepted were not bothered at all. Called asking for id and other Information 4 times when we had already been in and given it. Keys slid across the table upon collecting on the day of the exchange in a very rude manor most estate agents give a new home box well we didn’t even get an enjoy your new home by mouth from the agent. I wouldn’t buy or sell through them again. The customer service really needs to be addressed especially when you’re spending thousands of pounds!

I have used Ann Cordey when selling properties in the past . I have always had good service from all the staff hence why I went with them this time. The staff kept me upto date especially the lady dealing with the selling as it wasn’t straight forward sale. I would recommend Ann Cordey estate agents to anyone.
