Just perfect. The experience I had whilst buying an engagement ring was truly amazing. From the moment I walked through the door on my first visit, the staff made it very clear it was a safe space which allowed for engaging conversation, deliberation and an understanding of the process. I quickly felt like the staff were my friends or family members, willing me to make the right decision and understood the importance if the decision rather than interested in just ‘making a sale’. At no point did I ever feel rushed or under pressure. This gave me the breathing room to make, what could possibly be one of the biggest decisions I will ever have to make. A special shout out to Lauren who went above and beyond my expectations to deliver an experience I will never forget. If you were to only receive half of the experience I had upon my visit then I would say it will almost definitely be better than any other experience you will have in another Jewellers.

Amazing customer service and i couldn’t be happier with the final result.
I wanted to get a bespoke ring for my partners engagement. I looked on google to find recommended jewellers in the Worcester city and Anja Potze popped up as a five star reviewed jeweller.
I popped in initially to get an idea if I could work with them on my idea. I was honestly quite worried as historically as a some jewellers look down on you when you start wanting something different. I chatted about my idea for the ring which was a bit different and they couldn’t have been happier to make something bespoke and unique. They made me feel comfortable, I know that sounds silly but as a guy it’s easy to feel out of place in jewellery shops.
A few weeks later I had some designs from them and I went in and spoke about the design and costs, we made some tweaks we needed to the design to get into my budget range. Sarah was great, once she understood my ideas she ran with the whole design and got me a final cad. This was important as while I had a vision for the ring Sarah knew things that I hadn’t thought about like lifting the design to allow for a wedding band and final material of the ring.
They were brilliant, working with me to make what I wanted to the price I wanted.
They helped me take my ideas and move it to the final proposal ring which my partner loves.
Even Anja’s enthusiasm for something a bit different is great every time we went in was just great!
Would recommend Anjas business to anyone looking for something bespoke or not. Friendly and helpful.
We’ll be back for wedding bands at a minimum!!

My fiancé got my engagement ring custom made from Anja. He’s said from the start the team here have been outstanding, and I have got to say I completely agree.
From the moment I stepped in the shop to get it resized it was like talking to old friends. They couldn’t spend enough time with you and took such a huge interest in everything.
I know the design when through a few conceptions and the final result is phenomenal.
The ring got sent off for resizing and was back within a week! When we went to collect it Sarah was on hand with example wedding bands for me to try already!
I cannot recommend the team enough.

All of the members of staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and take the time to get to know their customers before helping them with their choice of jewellery.
