They were amazing to work with and met me on Christmas Eve so that I could have my first adopted sweetie for the holidays! Went back to Petsmart only to find the sibling of my first baby was up for an adoption a few days later. Called him and his response, “I’m on my way!” HIGHLY RECOMMEND. A+++++
