Highly recommend Animal Control and, if necessary, will use them again. We contacted multiple firms each of which promised the same removal services and then passed upon inspection of the problem. Animal Control assessed the problem, successfully removed the squirrels, followed up to confirm that they were gone, and then sealed the entry holes. They showed up the next day when we found out that birds had found a new entry point. Frank and team provide a premium service that's totally worth it.

Working with Frank was the best choice I think I could have made when deciding which company to contact. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional with his work. From the initial inspection and laying out the possible options I had, to the actual work and communication. They were also respectful of my home and I could not be happier to have hired his company. I had a raccoon in the attic and Frank was quick to assess the possible entry points on the roof and fixed them as soon as I gave the okay to go ahead with the work. He originally suspected it would be a 2 day job but when he realized that there were raccoons kids involved, he took the time to come back to my home multiple times to help ensure all the animals would get out in a humane way and he also put in place a long term solution so the problem shouldn’t ever happen again. I cannot stress enough how happy I am to have found this company and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I called Animal Control Trappers NY & NJ about a squirrel that had invaded the wall right underneath one of the bedroom windows of my house. Frank (the owner) responded very promptly. During his initial assessment visit, he not only set up all the necessary equipment to monitor and trap the squirrel, but also discovered damage and missing window sill components from a siding job that had been improperly done 15 years ago. On his subsequent visit, he and his assistant arrived promptly and completed all the work efficiently and competently. I feel satisfied and confident that this issue has been addressed now and for the future in a thorough and effective way.

Frank and Rosario were true professionals and got the rascal squirrel out of my chimney after he fell in… because the landlord has nothing over the chimney tops on the roof to prevent this from happening. They were extremely helpful in the preparation and clean up. I highly recommend them .please don’t hesitate to contact them as they are the real deal… contrary to other animal control folks that I contacted in my emergency situation.

Called Frank on a Saturday. Every other company either did not answer or told me to wait for Monday. He came over 45 miles to help with a raccoon who wanted to mar our attic its home. He helped monitor the house for more days than he needed. Great service, and most importantly he was honest. Would highly recommend Frank to anyone in need of his services.

Wow! Within two minutes of texting AnimalControl NY/NJ, I received a call and a text back. I was traveling for work and my teenage son had called about seeing a mouse in our New York apartment. This was at 9pm at night and "The Mouse Guy", as I call him, was at our place the next morning. He spent hours sealing cracks and holes and setting traps. Then, he wrote a detailed report that we could use if we want our landlord to make some changes to prevent future cracks developing. No more mice! That was a month ago and I am delighted. I reached out to Animal Control NYNJ because a rat, not a mouse, a rat entered my home through my basement. Frank and his team came to my house at 8pm to set down traps for me. Two rats were caught within 24 hours. They came back to my home in the morning to dispose of the rats and they sealed all of the holes in the back wall of my kitchen and sink pipes to prevent anymore rodents from entering. I also hired Animal Control NYNJ to come back to my home two weeks later to seal all of the holes on the exterior of my home. I am pleased with the work that they did and plan on hiring them again to build my back porch.

We had a critter in our chimney. Frank came within 15 minutes after our call, around 6. Very professional and thorough finding that we had a squirrel. He was very humane in catching and then releasing the squirrel on our lawn. In addition, he climbed to the roof to see and correct how the squirrel got in and gave us recommendations on how to avoid next time. Would highly recommend. And would use him again if needed.

I cannot recommend Frank and his team more highly - they are knowledgeable, capable, friendly and, mostly importantly, highly effective. I called Frank in crisis after seeing mice in my Manhattan apartment and he immediately sent a technician over. He himself came a few days later to do one of the most thorough and remarkable jobs. He and his team fully sealed my apartment, plugging large holes and rebuilding portions of my kitchen cabinets to ensure that no critters were able to gain access to my home. I am forever grateful for Frank and his expertise (and compassion and kindness as I navigated an upsetting situation). I am a customer for life.
