My son was issued a reckless driving ticket. 98 in a 65. A jail sentence and/ or misdemeanor charges could have had ended his work apprenticeship and create some other serious consequences. Attorney Andrew Flusche is a wonderful talent that saved me from my DUI conviction. I got pulled over for a DUI, and got 2 other misdemeanors as well they were lying to law enforcement and driving on a suspended license. The driving on suspended got completely dropped. My DUI itself got reduced to a reckless driving. I got no driving class, no probation, no nothing but a $400 total fine for my charges. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome and I can only thank Mr. Flusche for his hard work and dedication. Great attorney if you ever have the need for one!

I was stopped in Stafford County for a speeding ticket that was 90 miles going in a 65. I hired Andrew Flusche and he did an absolutely fabulous job. He was able to get me off of the reckless speeding ticket and dropped considerably my fine wound up being $55. His firm was extremely professional. I was able to get in touch with him whenever needed. I met with him in court prior to meeting with the judge he filled me in on everything I needed to know I felt very confident going into the courtroom and he was able to resolve the ticket ASAP. I would absolutely use them again, but hopefully I will not need to.
