This was an awesome experience from start to finish. I had a new swamp cooler replaced mine was a 2007 unit and was more then ready for a replacement. Price was hands down reasonable easy and fast! Massive shout out to Josh and Arturo these guys are fantastic! They had this job done before noon with removal of the old one. These boys made it look easy! Thank you so much Josh and Arturo :) I'm one happy camper and wish I had done this sooner!
A very unusual mechanical failure was diagnosed quickly by Colton and he ordered the right part very fast. Then he did an excellent repair to keep us going while we waited for the part. New part is now installed and working perfectly.
Ian did a fantastic job in cleaning and servicing our heater for our new home!
It did need a couple of replacements to make it more efficient, But we know now that it is safe and ready to go!

Misdiagnosed by two technicians, quoted $2100 to fix, called manufacturer and got specific instructions to start motor on Axiom mini feeder which did not happen with either technician. Technicians did not open reservoir tank and hold the floater out of the tank enabling the motor to start which caused the pressure to increase and then stabilize.

There aren’t enough stars to give this company and their employees. First I will start with Rafael who came out within a half hour when I called for a quote for a new roof mounted swamp cooler. I have been worried about replacing my old one but he assured me that they would do an amazing job, and they gave me a fair price.
This morning Rafael, Josh and Arturo showed up, the nicest guys you could ever meet. They checked out the location of the unit and immediately set out to work. I couldn’t believe how fast the old one came down and the new one went up. My roof is slanted with solar panels up there, there is a 4ft wide space in between but it requires care when maneuvering around them.
Several other men came just to help swap the units and then they were gone. Again really nice young men. There were lots of things concerning the old cooler, I didn’t know it wasn’t installed many years ago correctly so while we had lots of air in our attic was very cool LOL
They made sure it was perfect, I’m so happy with the installation, Rafael, Josh and Arturo are truly professionals but more then that they are a pleasure to have do the work.
I have been using Anderson since we moved here in 2002, wouldn’t use any other company. Thank you so much.. talk about quick service got quote quote one day and next day installed… can’t ask for better.

I cannot recommend Anderson Heating & A/C enough. After another company told me my 15-year-old furnace needed a "$1,700" inducer motor replacement during an emergency, Anderson came out for a second opinion. Their technician was honest and thorough—he confirmed the motor was in perfect working order and didn't need replacement at all. They saved me over $1,000. If you want a company that prioritizes repairs over high-pressure sales, call Anderson. Always friendly, helpful and reasonably priced.
